Can i take ballet and taekwondo together?

most of the people say it goes together but there%26#039;s no proof so im sooo confused. they say it goes together but taekwondo is rigid and ballet is fluid so does that make a difference? Does taekwondo have a bad effect to ballet?|||As long as you don%26#039;t punch or kick your dance partner you should be fine.





Seriously though, absolutely yes. Many aspects of Taekwondo rely on poise and balance and Ballet would be the ideal complimenting activity to provide these and together they should provide excellent flexibility|||I did both at the same time (well i did combined martial arts which included aspects of taekwondo)





I agree with the texter above. They complement each other.





They both need flexibility, concentration, strength, perfect timing and passion. However, I believe the main difference is musicality. In my opinion dancing is all about feeling the music and dancing in tandem.|||no! take them both!
