Iam looking for a more/good taekwondo daily work out?

I go to clas 3 to 4 times a week thats all I can go . Red belt now but looking for some more cross trainng and daily regiment with a diet . This will be at home work out. Getting ready for tourments and up comming test . Just want to hear ideas from other material artist so that I become even better at a sport this 34 year old loves. thank you|||Well, i would say to just continue your normal routine and try to squeeze in some extra practice in your daily schedule and to try to increase your flexibility as well by taing gymnastic%26#039;s or yoga, hope this help%26#039;s.|||A good thing to do while training for an upcoming tournments is alot of condition, try to jump rope daily for a 3 minutes then rest for a minute and do it again. and do sit ups and push ups
