What does "on my count" mean in taekwondo terminology?

It is a class command.|||It depends on the context. I could mean that exercises should be in repetition with the instructor%26#039;s count, such as, %26quot;1%26quot; perform action, %26quot;2%26quot; perform action ect...

Or to begin on the number counted. Such as a sparing match begins on the count of three. %26quot;1,2,3, begin.%26quot;|||the guy above me pretty much has it down pat. if it means something different, try asking your instructor. i know that when i have a question my instructor is GLAD to answer them. don%26#039;t be afraid to ask them questions because it means you%26#039;re learning.
