You need to know if your are ITF or WTF, and if you are WTF, you need to know if you are learning the Taeguks or the Palgwes.

You cannot %26quot;master%26quot; a form in a week. You can learn the basics, but not %26quot;master%26quot;.

James|||Can%26#039;t really answer from the information you have given me, but try asking the teacher in you area and filming yourself do each form so you can remember and reflect on them later on. Also, forms differ from place to place.||| Did you learn Chon-ji,Tang-gun or To-San?There are books that show the forms, shows each move, what it is for, stars in corner are when you ki-hap.try www.awma.com or www.century.com|||Try this

Ask the instructor if they can write down the steps, then practice then.|||.... I don%26#039;t know the white orange belt form.
