What are the advantages of doing workouts particularly with your legs have an impact on Taekwondo training?

Martial arts aerobics in general are the best aerobics style workouts available. There are several reasons behind this. They are a full body workout. You%26#039;ll be sore all over. They concentrate on all of the leg muscles especially the gluts. This degree of concentration cannot be done with regular aerobics. Because the larger muscle groups are focused on, this gives a much better cardiovascular workout. Also, developing these muscles will greatly increase the metabolism as the need for the body to fuel them increases. The benefit of Cardio Karaticise鈩?is that it is a low impact full body workout.

Secondly, they are more exciting. It%26#039;s much easier to workout if your mentally working out your aggressions also. Mentally pummelling an imaginary opponent is much more stress relieving and gratifying than stepping up and down a step. Cardio Karaticise鈩?is a total strees relieving workout.

Third, through learning proper alignment, martial arts aerobics can improve balance. They can aid in developing coordination, and, if done properly they can teach you more natural motions which are soothing to the body. And even possibly develop your chi.

One note though, they are not martial arts. Many of these programs imply that you will recieve the benefits of learning self defense through these programs. This is misleading. I have had a few of our Cardio karaticise students come in and say that something they learned in class benefited them in a self defense situation, but I would not rely on this. I believe this is possible but not likely. We will term martial arts aerobics as a martial way rather than a martial art. It is something that has been developed from the principles of martial arts but is not a martial art in itself. Can it benefit the study of martial arts, certainly. Could the motions be developed into a martial application, certainly. Is it a martial art in itself, certainly not. Some of these programs are even selling black belts in their system. Do not let some of these popular programs mislead you into believeing you are studying a martial art. A false sense of security can be dangerous.

With that said, I do highly reccomend them. Of course I highly reccomend ours over the others but as a whole they are all great. They are exercise programs, not martial arts.

There can be a downside to martial arts aerobics. Many rely on ballistic type motions. Martial artists who use these motions (typically hard style martial arts) have prepared their muscles for them. The common person has not. There have been a lot of injuries due to these motions. Even a few proffessional athletes have been injured. In my field I hear about it all of the time. There is also a high degree of impact. Both of these can be dangerous. That is the purpose of this tutorial. We will show you how to do these exercises properly, giving a low impact full body workout, while minimizing the ballistic stretches and impact on the joints. Of course, Cardio Karaticise is a no impact full body workout, and has no ballistic motions but we want you to be safe no matter which program you follow.

The exercises in this program will focus on those taught in the cardio karaticise program but the principles can be adapted to give a lower impact workout. These principles will aid you in getting the maximum workout with the minimum risk in any program. I%26#039;ll send these lessons out to you about once a month or so. Have fun and feel free to e-mail me with any questions or comments.
